Author James P Sumner, discovered this the hard way.
The problems started when he was stuck in a poor relationship and, with nowhere to escape to (when your hobby is your job, your problems are always only a room away), his mental health began to suffer.
It all crescendoed when he had a heart attack at 37. Something needed to change.
